Gorgeous, clean hotel with excellent food and accommodating staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Central location, at a medium distance from a historic gateway. Found in the historic area so close to great bars and shops, and the Old Town Square. Good service, parking nearby. Suitable for one night.

The location is unbeatable, 10 minutes' walk to Main Square. The breakfast is sensational, enjoyed toast, cereal, and fruit. It has both FABULOUS and fantastic stuff.

The economy room was recently renovated with a lovely view. Its location was indeed incredible and only 5 minutes walk from The Cloth Hall.

The location was great and fantastic, relatively near a medieval Gothic gate tower. Had new-fashioned, huge room with comfy beds, drink in the minibar, as for instance. The staff was willing to help, including the owner.

Robert

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the location was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the middle of the Old Town, just a short walk to the main square, and surrounded by the bustling pedestrian area with plenty of shops and attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even helped me arrange a last-minute trip. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had lovely views from the windows. The bathroom was equally spacious and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and they changed it up daily, which was a nice touch.
I honestly couldn't find a single thing that could be improved. Everything was just perfect!

The bahroom facilities were excellent so after a day sightseeing it was a pleasure so soak in a clean hot bath. The food was great value so I ate most of my meals there. The hotel location was second to none so ill be back.
No tea or coffee facilities in room. That would have been a better idea than the television..The fact I had to pay for water with my meals.

I thought the location was spot on. As it was possible that our flight might be cancelled due to the ash cloud they couldn't have been more helpful, checking internet and room vacancy. Would highly recommend it although sometime there was a consider wait at the bar when it wasn't even busy

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the Old Town just a short walk to the main square. You can't beat the convenience of being in the city center, with shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an equally spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, and they even change it up daily. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful.
No elevator, but the staff is willing to help with luggage.
